TITANIUM VINYASA FLOW
We are thrilled to officially launch our partnership with local studio, Titanium Yoga! Our kick-off class will take place on Sunday, April 6, and will be offered weekly beginning the first weekend of May.
Vinyasa Flow is a non-heated class where you will move from one pose directly into the next one. The pace will be moderate but can be modified for newer students of yoga. This class links breath and movement so you receive the benefits mentally and physically, and leave feeling a deeper sense of connection to your inner being.
