Newport Burger Bender, the “best burger” contest is back from February 14 – February 23, 2025. Local restaurants, including Torpedo Bar & Lounge, are throwing their buns in the ring with hopes of being crowned the Best Burger and there is more than just beef. Try one. Try Some. Try them all. Then vote for your favorite burger! Choose from over 50 beef, non-beef (seafood, chicken, bison, etc.), and plant-based burgers!

Torpedo Bar & Lounge is in the running with our Portuguese Burger: ground beef and chourico patty, pineapple piperade, piri piri aioli, and cheddar cheese, served on a brioche bun.
