Property Accessibility:
There are no steps, abrupt level changes, unsecured carpet, or un-ramped curbs throughout our public spaces. Our property offers the following accessible routes among our public spaces:
- Public entrance to registration area
- Registration area to accessible guest rooms
- Resort lobby to all food and beverage areas
- Registration to all meeting rooms and ballrooms
- Lobby to the fitness center, spa, and both pools
- Lobby to the marina
Accessible Guest Room Features:
Newport Harbor Island Resort is designed with rooms to accommodate guests with disabilities. The hotel offers 10 accessible guest rooms and 1 suite that are mobility, visual, and hearing accessible with either 1 king bed or 2 double beds. Rooms offer accessible bathrooms with either tubs or roll-in showers. All accessible rooms also provide the following features:
- Doorways that provide 36” clearance width
- Valet parking accepted for all, including vehicles outfitted for wheelchair users
- Televisions offer closed-captioning
- Braille guestroom door number signage

Other Features:
- Newport Harbor Island Resort allows persons with disabilities to use service animals in guest rooms and public areas of the facility.
- Resort staff are available to move furniture and provide and adjust accessible features in guestrooms.
- Resort staff will assist with opening doors with wide clearance.
- Resort staff are trained to offer assistance, upon request, to persons with disabilities who cannot transport their luggage to/from their guestrooms.
- Resort staff are available to read printed and visual information upon request.
